A challenging residential re-development project of 300,000 sq.ft located in Upper Juhu. The narrow elongated plot shaped the shell of the structure, which accommodates varied apartment square footage for the existing tenants and the sale component. Overlooking an open green parcel of land, the design shapes the footprint to capitalize on the view sheds whilst being Vastu Compliant. The vast façade frontage was designed with a staggered zig zag pattern in aluminium louvers as sun breakers adding movement to the static façade whilst minimizing the mass of the structure from the road.
