DLH Orchid, an architectural marvel nestled in the vibrant heart of Andheri Lokhandwala, Mumbai is one of our biggest projects. This residential sanctuary stands tall as one of the largest and most ambitious projects to grace the city’s skyline.

Spanning an expansive 1.25 acres, DLH Orchid is not merely a residential complex; it is a tribute to the avant-garde spirit that defines contemporary living. At its inception, the challenge was formidable — to introduce the concept of community living to a suburban landscape that had yet to embrace such a radical shift. To encourage this, we created an entertainment deck which included a multipurpose court, modern-day amenities to cater to the youth as well as to families, making it an inclusive and aspirational living space.

We created 3 podiums for parking spaces, each to accommodate 100 cars. The project itself boasts two towers, with the rear tower offering an unrivaled panorama accentuated by the serenity of mangroves.

DLH Orchid, however, did not merely navigate the spatial intricacies of design; it conquered the challenges imposed by stringent regulations prevalent at the time. With a height restriction of 70 meters, we sculpted a skyline that not only adhered to regulations but emerged as a symbol of architectural finesse.
